Product and seller were both a big disappointment. When the product did not meet my needs. I was buying for my 90 mother who has difficulty seeing. She couldn't handle or read the keypad. It was way too difficult to use even for a veteran user. When I returned it, although I was late in returning it, the seller refused to accept the item and returned it to me by mail. I would NEVER use this seller again: Electronics Mart.

I ordered this phone because of its perfect keypad size for elderly users, plus it did not have all of the new gadgets specifically made for teenagers and twenty-something year old users. The first telephone I received the number keypad did not work despite AT&T working for almost an hour to fix the problem.
I sent the phone back, and received another phone just like the first. This one would not hold a charge and I am so disgusted with Amazon shipping defective products that I am sending this phone back, and I want a credit on my credit card, and I have no intention of ordering from Amazon again.

This phone was ordered to replace one with a tiny keypad & no speaker phone function. It arrived quickly and was priced right. I called the business to ask a few questions about functionality, and they were extremely helpful; even calling me back to assure everything was just right. There are millions of 55+ Baby Boomers out there like me that would really enjoy a simple, easy-to-use cell phone like this one. I swapped the SIM card myself with no problems whatsoever. Cannot say enough good about this phone. Electronics Mart will do all they can to make you happy if you purchase this phone. Highly Recommended!
